Spicer Real Estate, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Robert Spicer. Rob has 25+ years of real estate experience and over $300 million in career sales. Spicer’s focus on a fee-based commission model is founded in the knowledge that the internet is the preeminent marketing tool for home sales. Buyers use the web to find homes and that's where sellers need to be when selling homes.
