Nice accessible spot to play in the snow. We were there when it was packed with cars and families and there was still plenty of space to do your own thing. There is a single bathroom that was pretty disgusting hence the 4/5 stars.

Worth the extra drive. Make sure you go deeper in the woods that is were it get really special.

Offers a reasonable area to play in the snow. Don't forget to get your Sno-Park pass (daily use or annual) in advance (we got ours at SNAC in Arnold)

Relatively easy drive from north sf bay area, and had fun with the kids.
