I give them 3 stars for being 24 hrs. But this place is crappy. There are always broken machines there.

This place is horrible!  Ruined my $300 comforter and then accused me of not getting it cleaned there.  Another employee recognized me (only nice person in the store, she works Thursday only) and was able to say I did.  There was a three week gap between the time I got it cleaned and I took it out the bag to replace on my bed.  Immediately I noticed my comforter was ruined.  Was bounced around for weeks, given to complaint number by Sahid (general manager who is very rude to women.  Especially black younger women.  I spoke to Tierra finally on the complaint line being told John (owner) would be in contact.  Weeks go by of me calling and leaving messages.  No return call.  Finally today I decide to go back in there.  John the owner happens to be there.  He comes out has me go home and get the comforter only to decide he would give me $150 for the damage.  I told him I did not want money I wanted my comforter replaced.  He gives some bs reason as to why bc of the time frame that he can't do that.  I was pissed at this point!  I have a $329.0 DKNY comforter and you want to give me $150.  I told him it's not about the money I want my item replaced.  He then says how he's backing his manager and blah blah bullshit!! Bottom line don't take your things here.  Best to not even do business with this place!

The equipment really needs an update but the staff is always helpful if you have issues.

Nice and clean. Machines hardly ever down for repairs. Parking is plentiful in the lot.

Very dirty laundromat,  clothes come out dirtier than they went in.   Very bad water, and they don't even clean their machines at all
