I have a black cts and got the $16 wash when it was done I was vacuuming the car and the manager Miss/Misses Bridget asked if everything was ok I said yeah and let her know that on the skirting of the car the wash left little water streaks you know the ones you can barely see unless you are looking at them but others wouldn't notice lol and she offered to run it through the wash a second time free of charge because the sham cloths that dry the car were wet so she dried them out she got a little wet in the process lol and let me through then came inspected the car after it was done and hand dryed a few spots and offered to run it through a 3rd time if I wanted to even though the care was obviously spotless in short I appreciate the kind service and the desire for excellence

So I had the upgrade then when I came out I had a white film all over my black truck. I spoke with the staff and was told that they had just cleaned buffer and it was doing this to a lot of vehicles. The staff was great they wanted to help but a beach towel was used to clean my truck.
