I had constant shoulder pain for about the past 5 years. Intense physical therapy along with cortisone injections helped, but never really took the pain away. About a year ago i started getting severe pain in lower back going down my leg into my foot. At one point I could not walk or stand and only had relief laying flat. This went on for a few months. I gradually got a little better, Bowen therapy helped, but I still had constant discomfort to a degree. Kaiser recommended physical therapy, which only made me worse and then an 8 week pain class. In the class I learned I had  to live with my pain and work through it with the power of positive thinking. I noticed most of the people in the class were on several pain meds. 
In searching for alternatives, a nutritionist suggested trying Dr. Lee at the Spinal Health  in Orangevale.
After 2 months of treatment, I feel like a normal person. I still have to be careful because I will forget that I have degenerative disc disease in L4/L5 and S1 and will sometimes do more than I should. But most of the time I live pain and discomfort free. The bonus is I have not had any shoulder problems since starting this treatment. I did not go in for the shoulder problem,  but now I can use my arms and shoulders in ways I have not for many years. I am very pleased with the outcome of this treatment.
