I always have good treatment.

Reminder text showed up for my appointment. When I went, they did not have me on the appointment list.  Wanted me to come back the next day (another 1 hour drive each way) to squeeze me in. Every time that happened, I've waited for hours.!!  Very disappointed with the administration staff there.!!

Difficult Administration process for paperwork. 

$30 per a document then $10 for every other document. ( Each time you need a document processed it's $30 then $10. )

The next day if you need a document processed it's $30 again then $10.00)

Information is not available on fees or told ahead of time.
