Unlike one person on here who only reviewed to complain, I had a great experience. The staff knew my name and I knew theirs. They had charts to track my progress and to stay up-to-date on what exercises I needed to do and how many of each. You have to realize that they see a lot of different people a week so they may not remember exactly what your problem is, but it is written down and evaluated on a regular basis. There are two PT's (Jody and Kylie) who know what they are doing and are more than qualified. I went to resolve a herniated disc I had for 1.5 years. I believe that backs are a strong point of this practice, but they are excellent in all therapy. Physical therapy is not always going to feel good, but it does you good if you do what they ask of you. Out of other corporate and big name physical therapist practices I could have gone to at home (Las Vegas), I am very glad I came here during my time at school.

I'm sad to say I had a really frustrating experience here. After going 3 times a week for 5 weeks they still barely knew my name (there was one person who remembered), and did not remember my injury. I had to re-explain myself pretty much every time I went, and I was always working with a different temp. or intern. I had to remember what the dr. said in our very first visit and explain what machines I needed, what exercises etc. I did not go there and pay all that money to need to do that. There was also always a very long wait, and I was usually left forgotten in a room unattended for 30 minutes strapped to a machine I needed help getting out of. One of the few times I did get to meet with the actual dr. he was working on me and talking away to his assistant in the room and was pushing so hard it brought me to tears and he didn't know to stop for a while because he was busy chatting. Uhg. I would definitely check your options before going here. I ended my own physical therapy and was too embarrassed to find a new dr. Also, a majority of the reviews are from people who work there soooo... they're a bit biased.

I had the opportunity as a student of physical therapy to do a 3 month internship at Spine and Sport PT with Dr. Jody Rawlings as my mentor. I was so impressed by his ability to assist people of all ages in their journey back to a pain free life after accidents, surgeries, injuries etc. He has invested in multiple technologies and therapy specialties (Class 4 laser therapy and ASTYM) that drastically improve patient satisfaction and outcomes with treatment. I would recommend anyone to the care of Dr. Rawlings!
