I was in Tuesday evening and Jamie was very helpful, she stopped what she was working on to help me find what I needed. I stopped in again this morning and again everyone was so friendly!

I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!!!! I will never set foot in a Spinx Gas station or purchase ANYTHING from Spinx AGAIN!!!!!!!!   WHAT CROOOKS!!!!!!!!   My husband and I are disabled and on a fixed income and cannot afford what they did to our family.  They literally STOLE OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!  We stopped at one of their locations on our way back from Pickens SC to put $20 worth of gas in our car, and were going to put it on our credit card.  My husband, before pumping the gas, went in to prepay and swiped his card with the cashier and then ran to the bathroom for, literally, for less than a minute and then came out to pump the gas.  The problem is that the cashier nor the manager on site EVER even told him "Oh, by the way, you only have 2 minutes, literally, to run to the pump and start pumping your gas or we are going to charge your card regardless and keep the money that you prepaid with because you used a credit card!" What the heck Spinx?  Your manager claimed that the funds would go back on the card since my husband didn't pump the prepaid gas within the 2 minute timeframe!!!!!!! What the heck, seriously, only 2 minutes?!?!?!?!  Needless to say, we didn't get our gas and coming from Greenville, SC going to Pickens, SC and on our way back to Greenville, SC was a bit difficult with no gas!!!!!!!  Thank you for leaving us stranded in the cold weather with our son!!!!!!!!!! I am shocked to see this morning that the $20 charge your manager claimed would go back to our card was in fact charged to our card instead of refunded!!!!!!!  Oh, by the way, my husband called the corporate office and left a message for the person handling this stuff on Friday of last week, right after it happened, but never received a call back.  So, I guess Spinx is in the business of charging credit cards and then not providing the services or products!!!!!!!!!!  I would recommend everyone steer clear of Spinx unless you want FRAUDULENT CHARGES PUT ON YOUR CARD!!!!!!!!! Corporate doesn't care and the way the manager and the two cashiers treated my husband, yelling at him because he asked "why they didn't inform him that he only had 2 minutes to pump the gas before it shut the pump off," they don't care either.  You should all be ashamed of yourselves, for the false charges you put on our credit card and for the way your staff, including your "so well trained" store manager, treated my husband!!!!!!!!!!  You didn't just take from a husband and wife, but you took from a 10 year old little boy with Christmas coming up very quickly!!!!!!!!😡 By the way, this location is Spinx store #226 located at 3875 Farr's Bridge Road Easley, SC 29640.  If Corporate decides to actually fix this charge on our card and give our family a formal appology, I will happily update this comment to reflect such, but for now I am letting EVERYONE know what happened, to protect my family and friends and everyone I can contact.

Clean, neat, roomy store; staffed well.  Excellent fried chicken!! They even have freshly cooked chicken livers.

Greg an employee at my Spinx was so kind to bring my receipt with my car wash code, to my car because I had a child asleep in my car ! I love my Spinx !!
