Food was pretty good. Better than I expected as a vegetarian I was looking for more options in the area. I went with my mom and she eats meat but still really enjoyed her nachos. Our waitress was very nice. The cashier was nice. I liked that they keep books by the booths for children. I did find a hair in my nachos but they replaced the food with no problem. They also provided me with two options for a birthday desert. I selected the chocolate ice cream which was vegan and absolutely delicious. It tasted like a brownie. One of the servers was wearing a shirt with a satanic skull and 66* on it. That was not my thing, but nonetheless he was nice and helpful to us.

The food is decent but the place is terribly organized. Confusing. A sign to be seated, as if full serve. You get sat and receive empty glass but no instructions. Wait to be waited in. No one comes. Get up and ask for water only to find out it is serve your self. Unfiltered tap water. Waited on by 4 different people (evidently no designated waiter) but again only after having to track em down and they each have to confirm whether the order was taken by another. Lots of staff, but no one organized or with proper understanding of how to wait tables. Heads down, rush rush rush, no intros, not customer service friendly.

Service was decent. They had a heavy crowd but it moved pretty fast. I had the BBQ sandwich with home fries. It was really good. I'm not a vegan but I wanted to try it out. I was not disappointed at all. I will for sure be back to try something else on the menu.

I love the food, the atmosphere and wide variety of options. But we have stopped coming more often than not because of the service and the wait time. Two weeks ago, my husband and I went and they had a huge wait time of over 35 minutes but they had 11 tables emptied just not bussed. The problem is, this has become their standard of service. It is so disrespectful of your customers time to make them sit on a very long wait for no real reason. We drive 45 minutes to get there's then 35+ minutes to wait, then usually over 10 minutes before the server is ready to take our order then at least 10 minutes in line at check out. My favorite vegan restaurant has become less of my favorite and more of a place we use to go at least 1 time per week. Huge high five to the kitchen who has turned things around, use to wait forever for food as well, they are amazing and work together well. Hoping to see a change in 2018.  A little organization and process goes a long way.

Amazing!  If I lived around here this would definitely be a regular spot. But we were just passing through town.  Great food and service.  There was a long wait for Sunday brunch but definitely worth it. There is even a small grocery area inside with vegan items.
