I went in to set up a savings account and apply for an auto refinance on my truck after reading about their special refi deal. I met with Aricka to go through this process. She was very friendly and informative, took the time to lay out and explain all of my options throughout the refi process, and kept up with communication regarding extra information that was needed. I was able to get refinanced through Spire with lower interest rate and monthly payments, while I was not approved through other lenders (and my current bank expected higher payments and wanted it paid off in a shorter time frame, with the same interest rate I originally had). Overall staff is friendly, and having a savings account with no fees whatsoever is very beneficial. I will probably transfer all of my banking needs to Spire in the future.

Fran was very personable and professional . Pleasant experience . An establishment is only as good as the employees representing it . The products and services are great but for me it was the help from Fran that really set this place above others.
