I hired Mr. Spivack in the middle of a 2 year divorce. He inherited a mess. My previous atty left him a mess to clean up with only 4 months until court. Yet, Scott took the time to review with me every detail of what I should have known prior to him taking over, he was thorough. He traveled from Polk County to Seminole County to help me. He went out of his way to make sure I understood what was happening every moment. I was devastated at what was going on he was caring, and he honest with me. He did his very best and I felt like I was being cared for by family. Divorce is devastating, and hard yet he made it easier to bear because he definitely was on my side. He trusted me, and I could trust him. He spent hours on the weekend in his office just for me reviewing my case. He would email me each time hour upon hour with every update. I can't say enough about his dedication or how much it meant to me. He got the job done. He truly fought very hard for me. He knows the law and will tell you what to do. You just need to listen. If you listen to him you'll be ok. I'd recommend Scott to anyone he is trustworthy, straightforward, knowledgeable, reliable and will work hard to help you. He truly cares about your well being and they don't make people like this anymore. I'd hire him again. He is one of the best attorney's out there hands down! If not the very best!!!! I actually smiled the day of court. Because I felt relief. Thanks Mr. Spivack. If you ever see your reviews, you helped a girl out of an abusive marriage which I hid from a lot of people. I still cry, but at least I know someone cared. You are the best!

Don't use this attorney!!!!! He is totally rude, unreasonable and doesnt have compassion for the poor. He will rip you off.
