Was on vacation and staying at the hotel next door. They were able to do a mini detail and wax on my car the morning  of checkout before checkout time. They did a fantastic job. I recommend their work without reservation.

I went to support the local business, I called the day before to set appointment and came the next morning to get the inside steamed cleaned and inside detail for my son SUV. They called me to come pick it up in 45 mins. I came back and nothing was done, no steam cleaning was performed, they didn't clean the windows, I mean they literally didn't do a damn thing. They even tried to charge me for not doing nothing. I told the nice young man to get his boss, he said his boss was busy. I asked the young man would he pay for a half and job like this, he said no, but still tried to get $115 out of me and the day before they said $105. All these people on the Island with the fancy cars get great work done, but when I drive from Sterling to get a detail done, I expect the same services. The young man knew that the car wasn't touched, nothing was wet and nothing was done. But he still wanted $70 bucks for a half and job. Here is some advice, when a person ask for a certain thing or ask for a certain thing, just say, that you can't do it. Don't waste people time. I went to Mike's Auto Spa in Brunswick by FLETC. He said that he can do the job, have it looking brand new and he can do it cheaper. I also took it to Nalleys of Brunswick, they said its just old mud and it can come out. They said that I can even get the stains out myself and save money and they told me what to buy. I apologize, I didn't want to right a negative review, but after I seen my 14 year old son wake up the next morning and tried one spot to clean and it came out just like that, I had to say something. I donated money to Splash anyway because I still support local. I will never come back to this place again and all my friends ask me where to go all the time, I would  never ever suggest this place.

I live in Atlanta. I am on the Island visiting for vacation. My car was absolutely filthy and I drive up to the shop asking for a full detail. When I went to pick it up that afternoon I swore it was a brand new car! Inside and out! Great work guys!
