I would like to share with everyone how responsive Mason and the splash car wash management company was to my complaints that they were pushing cars through the tunnel with no regard of a of a quality wash. If you have recently visited the Cromwell location you would have noticed a unbelievable difference in quality and service. They did many upgrades in a short period time. Now some will say lights don't clean a car. However, being a person that take great pride in having a clean car I must say that the lights in the tunnel are a  part of the experience. I would like to personally thank Mason and the splash car wash management company for responding to my concerns. I'm now receiving the service that I know of from splash. Keep up the good work!!!

I have to agree with Shaun about the Cromwell Splash car wash,  I pay a premium price every month and the service at this location is awful. I am suppose to have the "works"car wash and 99% of the time my wheels are not clean and the tires do not have the shine put on them. The equipment is never working properly, the attendants at the end wiping down the cars use the same DIRTY and wet towels on all the cars. The new automated service gates are terrible. You go to Cromwell now to wait in line for express service, minimum time at Cromwell is 20 minutes.  A new car wash is opening in Cromwell only a mile or so down the road, looking forward to the grand opening as I will be switching car wash.  Cromwell use to be the best car wash around for miles but not anymore.  They really need to get their act together and provide  exceptional  customer service, as they will be losing more customers.  I was a loyal customer for many many years but it is time to move on to better car wash.

I absolutely love using this facility! Always has working bays and free vacuums.  Mason and the staff here is always courteous and friendly. When ever i go out on the town i make Splash car wash part of my plans. So I not only look good but so does my Jeep Wrangler.

The crew is very helpful and the car wash will get your car shining. And the free vacuums work amazingly.  Highly recommended.

This is the best wash around .free vacuums and the service Jose provides is second to none. He makes sure his customers are happy with their experience and goes out his way to make sure everything came out great. Not too fond of the new cashierless systems but i guess it was due to happen as Walmart and Mcdonald's seem to be using similar technology. I appreciate the help they provided in choosing a wash but since I been coming for years now i guess I should know on what I want when I come. Overall the services are still great and the the new prepping systems they use now seems to make a better difference.
