Horrible experience!! 30 day unlimited waited in the waiting room for about 45 min waiting on my sticker while they had a computer error so I left and didn’t get a call my sticker was ready for 2 weeks but still got charged the same then when I called to cancel they had charged me again of course and had the manager Rob get smart with me on the phone like it was my fault! Will never be back to this one or any other splash car wash definitely not a people friendly wash more about taking your money! By the way 30 unlimited is every 30 days you have no choice if you don’t cancel within 2 days they charge your card again! If I wanted another 30 days I would come back and run my card again just wonder how much money they steal by people not understanding that! Look out for this place then they said after talking to them on the phone and the manager getting attitude with me  they were gonna refund me and never did

The gentleman that spray washed did just fine and was great about directing me in and doing the mirrors but that was where the good stopped. The dryers did not dry. I pulled off into Lowe's parking lot happen to have a couple towels to towel off and all around the wheel wells still looked salty and the very back end of the vehicle was still salty so does it wash the car not really just glad it was a $12 holler instead of a 15 or $20 I will not be returning

bought 2 car washes for $26 dollars in January.  Used one of the car wash codes.  Come February, realized my 2nd coupon code had expired, can't use.  Unfair to take someone's money and provide no service after only 30 days.  Not like this was a free car wash code I got at some random gas station. 
Update- I went back and spoke with one of the employees about my expired code, she was very polite and gave me a new code right away when showing her my receipt.  Changing my review to 4 stars but would still recommend they reconsider the expiration date on these codes.

The whole back of my Jeep and bottom of doors werent cleaned. Called and they said to come back through, same result. They then said its because of the tire on the back. Yet no other car wash has an issue with the tire.. Would love my $16 back. Never going back.

Worse experience ever. Cars getting hit inside wash and their excuse is some hit the breaks.  Stop putting cars through so close. We were in the middle getting hit. No phone number on line to call to tell them to shut it off well we were in wash. And supervisor horrible no empathy to our experience.  Passing blame to car in front, and saying we have to go after them for damages. Considering that front truck drove off that's no help at all.   Second bad experience there and they just opened  There will not be a 3rd.
