Joyce has cut my hair for many years and I followed her to Splashes. She is an excellent stylist and I would go to no one else but Splashes. Joyce is kind, friendly and very helpful. She always make me feel good. She gives me such good cuts, I feel proud of the way she makes me look. Everyone there is so happy to see me always. Thank you. You ROCK.

My experience with Mary cutting my hair was a disaster. She completely ignored what i asked for and used the blow dryer to cover up he MANY mistakes!! She could not cut straight or even, showing her inability to give a simple cut. When seen by others, they were shocked at this level of unprofessionalism!!

This salon has disappointed me twice. First, the stylists do not try and meet clients' needs. They blow dry hair with with flat brushes and overuse cheap products. I stated that I DID NOT want my hair flat ironed and preferred a round brush when blow drying. It's almost like they do not want to take extra time to satisfy customers. I honestly had to wash my hair and restyle after having a simple color service. The stylists clearly need training and major updating in color, cutting and styling. They also change the prices whenever they feel like it. This infuriated me because the rude lady at the front desk had no explanation as to why I would be charged $20.00 more than usual. This salon demonstrates poor business practices and has so many rude and unfriendly people working there. Take my advice and AVOID it at all costs!
