I normally get my hair cut and colored by my mom because she used to do hair and she’s absolutely perfect at it, but she just couldnt do it this Time on such little notice. So i started looking around in Statesboro and reading reviews on line for places that could do color really well and understand those who have had a past with damaged hair. So I found “split ends”. I called and made an appointment but was not told who I was going to be with. I got to my appointment and when I told the  receptionist who I was she said “you’re with Sherry” she then pointed behind me to Sherry whom is sitting down in the waiting room area, who didn’t say anything and just got up and started walking to the back of the room without saying a word to me so I just followed.  Sherry  then asked me “ what do you want done” I said “heavy highlights” which goes to the top to bottom of the head..right?????? Yep! Well she thought I wanted Just my roots done and the rest of my hair all blonde. Not!… Then she kept saying I was wanting  ombre. She started putting the Cape around me and a towel around my neck and my mom walks in, but I know my mom is going to walk in because she had told me she was going to stop by to let the lady know what had been done to my hair before that way She knew the history of my hair because that’s the right way for any hairdresser To get to know your hair and not damage it any further.  Sherry already has an attitude for some reason, I don’t know why but my mom starts asking what the steps are that Sherry is going to take with my hair and Sherry says well I’m not going to foil it because that’s gonna be a waste of my time. So my mom asks again politely. What are the steps that you’re going to take and Sherry  says I’m just going to paint it on . And my mom tells her well if I’m paying for my daughters hair to get done I would like to know what you’re going to do to her hair before you do it and not damage it and Sherry gets an attitude again and says that’s not for you to worry about. maybe I’m not the one to do your daughters hair.  I got up and walked out 

 Needless to say I am never going back to split ends. Very rude, attitudes, and I’m not sure if they know exactly what they’re doing. If I’m paying to get my hair done and if I want to know exactly what you’re doing I should know.
