Lynn A Alford is an EXCEPTIONAL care provider! I feel like a person and not a number when visiting her and her staff of wonderful professionals. I'm cognizant that the "wheels on the bus" has its moments of malfunctions - but it's also apparent that they have Veterans best interest at heart. I have had some problems but generally able to get appt with my gen md w/i a week or so. And no, they have not been an ER in bout 2 yrs. Cost of staffing an Acute Care 12 hrs verses a 24 hr ER saves us tons! The new Vet thrift store near-by is a great plus!

Always take very good care of Veterans!! Very pleased. Nurse Sarah in the ER (7/13/2017) is very nice, compassionate, explained everything & is quite pretty I might add!! Keep up the good work 👍

99% of the staff are amazing here. I have always received prompt care for any issues I bring up to my providers. I wish the Urgent Care was 24/7 but they do the best they can with what is available.

The worst medical center I have ever been to.... waited four hours only to drive to kmc in cda and was seen in 20 minutes. Don't waist your time, just find another hospital
