ALWAYS help me get into the right bike at the best price. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced, and will help you find the right bike to suit your needs, build and fit the bike to you. Also, they have handled any and all maintenance I have needed, from, a flat, to tune ups to frame replacement due to a crash. I have bought 4 bikes from Spoke life cycles including a $1300 Trek Superfly MTB, $1800 Cannondale CAAD 8, $5000 Cannondale Super six Hi Mod, and a $10,000 Cannondale Super Six EVO Hi Mod Team Edition, all have exceeded my expectations. You do not have to spend the money I have, but QUALITY bikes are sold here and serviced by quality technicians.

So once again Brian and Justin at Spoke Life in Sylvania helped me out. This time they got me into a 2017 Cannondale Bad Habit 2. First of all, they answered my never ending questions and as always brought great knowledge and experience to the table to help me select the correct bike to fit my needs. Secondly after a couple rides at JP/OP and Island lake I am in love with this bike. The full squish plus sized tire bike is a beast and puts up with my Clydesdale stature stomping away on the pedals. So guys thank you so much again for all your help, patience, & enthusiasm.

Huge Thanks to Bryan at Spoke Life. A friend of my had an unfortunate accident and her bike was totaled. Bryan and Justin helped get her squared away on a new bike. Awesome service and a beautiful shop.

Overpriced, ran by a bunch of bald weird-beards with bicycles... XD Would not recommend, ever...

I went into Bikeworks shopping for a commuter with my husband. The guys there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't make you feel like you're wasting their time and spend as much time with you as needed. The owner, John, is very helpful as well. They treat their customers right at Bikeworks. Definitely recommended over Mountain Man and Reggie's for the quality care and customer service.
