Absolutely horrible! I ordered a headpiece which never processed so I ordered it again a day later only to find out Spool 72 charged me for the original headpiece without processing my order. After sending the company a screenshot of my bank account and a screenshot of my Spool 72 orders processed per their website it only shows one headpiece as being sent. Even days later still my account shows only one headpiece but I was charged for 2 on my bank account. To no avail the company responds fast via e-mail just to call me a liar.

Disappointed in quality and customer service. "Durable" $65 boots are made of flimsy cardboard covered in fabric that scuffs down to the cardboard on second wearing and they don't allow return, only credit toward more cheap merchandise. There is no way to speak to customer service via phone, only email correspondence. Really? Very frustrating because I like to support small businesses and this is one I won't be back to shop at or recommend.
