People were nice enough but lack speed and problem solving skills. I arrived and there were three people in the chairs getting their haircut by three stylists. I approached the counter and the attendant asked if I called ahead. I said that I did however no one answered the phone. Fast forward 30 minutes… I am still waiting to get my hair cut. I am the only one in the waiting area. Then a gentleman comes in, signs in, sits down. He gets called up to get his haircut before me. I ask what happened and I am told he called ahead. I told them that I had called ahead as well. I showed them their phone number in my call log. They did not answer. I should be listed as a call ahead customer. When I arose the issue nobody seem to know how to solve the issue and I left frustrated. 30 minutes at the end of a long day wasted. I will never return.

Friendly staff and I generally get a good haircut. I had an issue once, so I came back and they fixed it immediately. I do miss the Season Pass they used to do. It was such a great deal! The parking lot is tight, so I recommend parking at in the Lowe's lot. If you are hungry, they have a Baskin Robbins and Chipotle next door.

Came here a few days ago for a haircut and shampoo. Glenda is a tremendous stylist. The first time in you get a MVP upgrade that includes shampoo, hit towel treatment, and a electronic massage. It is a very relaxing experience that ends with a great haircut at a good price. We are back today to get my son a haircut. We have requested the same stylist. All their staff are very professional. It gets a bit busy on the weekends, but there are magazines and televisions so the short wait goes by quickly.
