First time coming to a sports clips. There was no wait and I was quickly checked in to a clean and stimulating shop. Although the client in front of me was left with a lot of hair all over his clothes, I was eager to try a new place! The Stylists hands smelled of cigarettes and she kept checking her watch, possibly to stay within her company time limits? I asked for a low/medium fade and was given a high fade where one side was even much higher than the other after I clearly stated I didn't want anything off top and was growing out what I had. I didn't anticipate taking any off the top, but after seeing how high she had the fade (in fact removing the lines/hair from a previous cut), I reluctantly asked for a half inch trim on top to avoid a "bowl cut" look. The wash was thorough and relaxing, the stylist was kind and talkative, but the rushed haircut and lack of awareness made this a bad experience for me.

Love this place! Haven’t been going here for too long but every time I go they do an amazing job. Erika is my stylist and she is amazing

Great location and quality staff! Been visiting this location since opening after following a stylist here. Since then, the stylist left but I continue to visit just due to overall attention to detail. +10 #Bailey

I was very disappointed with the lack of quality the stylists bring to this establishment. I asked for a high and tight fade. The lady who helped me got to work right away. As the event unfolds, the other butcher, ahem, sorry I meant "barber", starts critiquing my stylists work. At this point I ended up looking like one of the toad citizens from super Mario Brothers. Which is basically having a mushroom on top of my head. The other girl asks if I can wait until she is done with her client so she can rescue me from my stylist. Sure, no problem! By the time she gets done schooling my stylist on a proper fade and handling of The clippers technique, my hair is now lopsided. All three of us saw this and agreed it was lopsided. I ask if there's anything that they can do? She then has the audacity to tell me that my head is misshaped. Then proceeds to insult my intelligence by asking "Are you just now noticing this?" I measured the length of my hair on both sides and there's a half inch difference. On short hair that is extremely noticeable. You have been warned....
