First off the location is fairly clean & tidy. Not to much of a wait & the staff are very friendly. Now I've been to other Sports Clips locations through out Maryland & I've generally received the same experience. I go in for one thing & walk out with another. I'm mixed so my hair texture is very fine & course yet curly. I've had many barbers tell me my hair is very hard to cut. Knowing this every visit to SC I always warn them in advance that my hair is very hard to manage & that they must take their time or else it won't look good & I won't be happy. I even show them pictures of the (fade) hair cut that I want specifically. My last visit 2 weeks ago was more of the same. Granted the pay barber did ask me how it looked as we went & she even took her time. But my biggest issue is that these stylist never get shape ups or any of the usual stuff you get from a regular barbershop precise. Like the shape up isn't sharp or neat it's pretty rough around the edges & they just seem to lack the care to get all the lines even & my stylist I don't remember her name didn't even use alcohol after she cut my hair, not even on my face! The basic treatments that you receive from a regular barbershop just are lacking. BUT, I did an initial review & I was contacted by someone higher up & they gave me a free haircut MVP style & a 20% off the following haircut. Which says a lot to me, they seem to care about people's experiences & I'm going to give them another shot. I'll make sure to let everyone know how it goes. 2/5 stars only because of my past experiences if it was just about the atmosphere & prices it would be a 4/5 for sure. Just make sure you bring a picture & exact about how you want your haircut if not they will do what they CAN do on your hair. Good luck.

I took my son to get a hair cut today the styles was pleasant the hair cut was bad  she call the manager over she had to help if she couldn't cut and didn't know what to do she should have said something worst hair cut ever my son don't even want to go outside. Smh I just wanted to get out of there.

The MVP package is really good. Sabrina is an amazing stylist. The Cut was exactly what I  wanted. Great work sport clips!
