Went with my nephew. He's a high school freshman. He was very happy with his hair cut nice touch with the hot towels & shoulder massage. The price is a good value

Most of these locations are pretty good and I am usually happy with my haircut but I was told about 10 minutes and waited about 30 while I watched about 5 employees go into the back and put signs up. Customer service here just doesn't exist. They are not in any rush here. Otherwise it's ok I guess.

For $28 each my son and I were given less than five minutes a head. The results were more than unsatisfactory. Missed patches everywhere. I could have cut my own hair better.
