How about you have worked a long day. And you are waiting for your bus for 15 minutes for it to pass to by. It did not slow down so could run and catch anything. I was not 50 yards away or nothing.Actually standing right under the the bus stop sign. Now i have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes forn the next bus. This is not good at all. Good thing i was just downtown and i was not in a big hurry. I would truly be late. Please let's do better. SS

They hit the gas the moment you step on. Many passengers have been injured because of this. The drivers are rude and unprofessional, and so is their customer service. It's been that way for years. You all need to do much, much better. Safety needs to be more important to you all

I've ridden Sportran for nearly ten years. I have my favorite drivers and not-so favorite drivers. The experience was mostly dreadful to the point where it makes you want to buy your own car. For one, the people you ride with is what makes the experience so eye-rolling. It's the ghetto, it's the loud-mouth, it's the inconsiderate, the sickly, have bad odors, and even suspicious people who may talk to themselves, or suddenly scream. This is not to make fun of those who may be less fortunate, or ill. But sometimes I fear for my safety. Hide your electronics. Phones are fine, but don't whip out your laptop or tablet. Sometimes they don't let you enjoy fresh air. I'd open the window and be told to close it. Who wants to breathe in the same circulated air where people are breathing and coughing and sneezing together? I'd rather have fresh air. What's the point of even having windows if we can't use them? Another thing I hate about the buses is the overcrowding. Those are always very discomforting times to ride the bus and be so close to people like that. Another thing that doesn't make sense is that they're growing big with advertising their buses. That's fine, but why advertise over the windows where passengers need to SEE!? That never made any sense to me, especially passengers that are riding for the first time and need to see where they are. But it's like you're trying to see through a thick net, and it takes away from the riding experience. The terminals are usually gross, but there are janitors there that work really hard and are very kind, encouraging, etc. It's the people that cause it to become a dirty environment. I try to stay away from the bathroom. Women can be gross. One recent experience I had was the lack of customer service. We all had gotten to the Line Avenue bus right on time one morning. Just when all the 7:50 were about to roll out, for some reason, the Line Avenue driver just drove off, gave us NO explanation of what happened. We stood there dumfounded, many of us had to go to work, school, doctor's appointment, etc. And they made no effort to quickly get us a new bus. My question is that whatever was wrong with the bus, why did they choose the last minute to get rid of it? I don't know if my review would matter. I mean, Sportran is the only cheapest alternative. So, many people really have no choice.
