The employees at the counter are always really friendly to me and give me  prompt service.  I also love the hip atmosphere.  It feels like and looks like a great venue to hold events too.

The best "spot" in Glens Falls. Great coffee and tea selection prepared with care.Food menu delightful. Excellent staffing completes the package. Saturday's the Spot hosts a very talented jazz ensamble.

A very friendly young lady was @ the counter today. Amazing customer service skills, although the young man with the long grey and white sweater, did not look @ me once while waiting on me and over filled my cup that dripped all down the sides. I got a couple of caramel machiato's, when the young lady made it there was nothing dripped all over the outside of the cup and she put caramel drizzle over the whipped cream. The young man never even offered  I had to ask for it. Other than that, I love Spot Coffee :)

I've been here many many times. So I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but my last experience takes the cake. Prior, I've had a lot of mediocre experiences, even once having a bit too many egg shells in a scrambled egg breakfast sandwich. Every bite was crunchy. Well, last time I went I had to wait 30 minutes for one sandwich and the place was not busy. Employees were standing around chatting, doing nothing, and one even said rudely after my order was "done," "oh it's soo busy isn't it?" The veggie burger was raw and mushy, just slightly browned on the outside. The bread was slammed down and broken with the "burger" oozy out the top. I couldn't believe the service I received.

Went there for coffee and enjoyed a nice time as they had people there playing music. Great atmosphere and also served pastries for desert and muffins if you wanted them. I was there in the afternoon but they also serve breakfast such as wraps and breakfast sandwiches.
