I've been to this place twice on Living Social deals. First time was great except for when I left my Custom Fit Sun Shade ($69.95) was not in the car when i got home.. I went back and they had it. They forgot to put it back in the car

The Second time they ALSO forgot to put the Sun Shade back in the car. I went back the following week and they said they didn't have it. They made it clear that it was not there problem and told me to move along. "The Sign says we are not responsible... Move along... We are through here... This is not my problem..." After a few minutes of rude words and the owner repeatedly walking away from me, I left.

I would not recommend this place based on the fact that they do not value their customers. They don't care about repeat business and just want to make a quick buck. There schedules are off and when you want to make an appointment they give you a mid day appointment during the week to prevent anyone who works the opportunity of using their voucher.. There was a small scratch after my service too but i didn't make a big deal about it because things like that happen.. Misplacing a $70 visor which is the same cost as the service and not offering any compensation for it shouldn't happen.

That's terrible customer service and that's why this business and similar businesses will ultimately FAIL.
