We were referred to Alex and SSE by my father who had his siding replaced by them the previous year. Alex met with my wife and I, listened to our requests and then offered his opinions which helped steer us in the right direction, always deferring to us on final decisions. We found this helpful as this is a once in a lifetime process for us whereas he deals with this on a daily basis. We got a fair quote up front and the price never changed, though we did add several new components to the project (door, roof vents, a window replacement) and were quoted separately for those. The crew did a great job, clean and efficient. They also went above and beyond by handling a few additional requests without questions (add a cap to a vent that had blown off and remove an old satellite dish). They also pointed out some old lights on the side of the house and suggested it might be a convenient time to replace them since they would install the new ones when finished (which we did!) The finished product looks fantastic and our only issue was a manufacturers defect on the door which Alex is working on with us. We even had a hail storm the week after installation and the steel siding held up nicely!

The project was as smooth as you could hope for. I ordered the steel siding, which has an amazing warranty and is so beautiful! The guys who did the install cleaned up the site each day before going home. They went above and beyond - Alex, the owner even reached out to me after the work was completed to ensure that I was satisfied. I feel like this company is the best of the business world; it's a small family owned operation supported by a national company and product. This was a great experience and I would recommend them!

My wife and I often looked at other homes in our community as we researched new siding for our home. Their was one home that stood out above and beyond the rest. We spoke with the owners who were extremely satisfied and without hesitation they referred us to Alex at Spotless & Seamless Exteriors. After seeing the quality of materials with no seams as well as the insulation wrap that is installed underneath the siding, it was immediately clear this product is superior to other types of siding. The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly with a high degree of craftsmanship and pride in their job. In less than a week we had brand new siding and gutters. The seamless siding now makes our home stand out above the rest and without a doubt has increased the curb appeal of our home. Furthermore, our energy bills have declined over the last year and our home is less drafty. It is worth the money. As an added note, we added a porch to our home a year after the siding. I called Alex and for a minimal charge they came out promptly and made adjustments to tie the siding onto the new addition. I highly recommend this product and company. Jeff and Brenda Wurst

From the start, Steve was extremely thorough and took his time explaining all the materials and the process of how the job would go. The crew came on time and kept things tidy. Everything happened the way Steve had explained it would during our initial visit. I had gotten 3 different quotes for the job and was so impressed with the communication and time from Spotless and Seamless exteriors. Alex and Steve were easy to reach and quick to respond to all of my questions. I really liked the book of referrals with addresses so I could check out their previous work on other homes. I'm an beyond pleased with the transformation of my house (siding, window wraps/trim, new gutters and stone work), it's beautiful! Thanks guys for your wonderful work!

No hassle sales. Great price. They were done and cleaned up so fast, I didn't realize the job was done till I remembered to look after dinner. I upgraded to the gutters that have a cover, they are seriously no maintenance. I've pulled one tiny twig that got in over 5 months. You know what I am doing this Fall...well not getting on the roof to clean my gutters ;p
