My girlfriend dropped off some clothes she wanted for her daughter the next morning.  A little over 2 hours later, she called back and asked politely if the order was done yet since it might be too soon.

I was near thr phone and I could hear the female employee talk in a condescending voice, "Didn't you just drop it off 45 minutes ago?"  My girlfriend explained it had been longer but the employee said again with a slight attitude, that her laundry was ready.

Normally we have had no problem and good service, no idea why this time the employee threw an attitude.  Also if the clothes were done, she should have known there was no way we dropped them off 45 minutes ago.

Very nice laundromat. All their machines are newer machines. So they are efficient and a pleasure to use. They only take quarters so no card transactions. Bill Changers on the premises work great. Environment seems polite, quiet and relaxing.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! The laundromat is clean and bright and smells wonderdul. Its my new favorite!

This place is good for my kid. He enjoy playing with abacus. We have more couch to sit. We have plenty of other chairs to sit and the doors are automatic. So if carry large amount of load then u don't have to worry of getting in.
