While on our way back from the Vietnam Memorial. I was getting a bit hungry. My friend Scotty said have you ever been to Spring Creek Barbeque. I told him no I had not. So we stopped in at Spring Creek. I had to have chicken with barbecued beans and a sweet tea. Spring Creek is a very large and clean brightly lit building. As a big area where you can watch them smoke the meat the chicken stew beef the sausage the pork. They have another area where they bake your own loaves of bread. I hadn't had any good barbecue chicken in a while. I do recommend Spring Creek or barbecue I was too hungry to wait and take a picture sorry folks but it was well worth eating

Location has never been one of the best. I prefer Cooper or Mansfield but I live 2 min from here. Food is not as good quality as other locations. They also ran out of ribs the day I went.

Went at 9pm. Kind employees, got the beef/sausage platter. The beef is marbled brisket and was amaaaaaayyyyzing. *Drool*
Got green beans, Mac n cheese, and beans. Loved the m&c and the beans.
4 stars instead of 5 because there was trash from previous diners on almost ALL of the available tables. Ridiculous.

Good Barbeque. I get the sliced brisket sandwich with the fries. The Spring Creek Barbeque sauce is quite good, a little on the sweet side, but good all the same. The brisket was a little on the dry side during my last visit, hence the 4 star review.

I'm very late reviewing this but I thought I would need to do it while it's on my mind. For several years (2016 and earlier) my Woman Marine organization had reserved the private room with the Manager for a Saturday in February.  We celebrate the Woman Marine Anniversary by going out to the National Cemetery meeting at our monument, holding a ceremony and visiting several Women Marine who have gone before us.  Afterwards, we meet for lunch.  Each time we had reserved the private room only to show up and being told that someone else has it, a group that has it ever month, even though we were specifically told we could have it.  Sad to say, we voted to go elsewhere to celebrate this special occasion in our Woman Marine history and decided to never go to Spring Creek again.  If you reserve the private room, get it in writing.  We plan on going elsewhere (Outlaws?) in February 2018, which is a special anniversary year for us.
