I reached to them on facebook and the were quick to reply with sincere apologies and offered me a free set for my disappointment. I don't doubt that they do great work, I have seen recent pictures and other good reviews, so I am going to give it another chance.

I went for a pedicure here a few days ago because I didn't want to drive all the way to Murray to the salon I normally go to. The pedicure was fine, prices and result are pretty comparable to what I've had in the past. I wanted to get my nails done too but they didn't have time and I didn't have an "appointment", but another lady "did" so I let them take her and I'd come back another day. 

Fast forward two days later and I call at 4 o'clock after work to see if they can gete I'm for a white tip acrylic. They say come I'm at 530, so I do for my "appointment". When I walk in a say Im here for a 530 appointment, and they OK wait a few minutes. Waiting a few minutes is nothing out of the ordinary. There were 2 ladies also sitting on the couch waiting, I don't know if they had "appointments" or not, but they go ahead and get their service. Then, an hour  after my "appointment"  still waiting and another young woman walks in and says she also has an appointment calls one of the workers by name. She waits only 10 minutes or so before being called back. I wait until 10 to 7 before I get up and leave because I so beyond irritated at this point. I waited for an hour and a half after my appointment and still didn't get my nails done. 

If you're interested in an appointment based business, make sure people who have appointments are helped at the time they're scheduled, or keep it strictly a FCFS basis.

I really like this place. It's easy to get an appt. The do a great job. The aren't as aggressive on my feet as other places where it feels like my skin is being rubbed off. The staff is nice and courteous. The basins are bigger so even my husband can fit his feet in comfortably!

Called to see what time they close since it was only 6:20pm and they close at 7pm and I walk by and the doors where closed so I called and asked what time they close and the young girl said 7 so I asked if she had time for a polish change and she hesitated for a bit then said no that they were busy to come by tomorrow even though I was literally outside the shop.. the young girl was on her phone and it looked like a tablet and the older lady was cleaning the pedicure chair she was sitting on.. all she could have said was we are closing early for the night I would have been okay with that but why lie expecially since she seen me trying to open the door to ask if they had time for quick polish change.. I came here a couple times and I felt like i had found a new shop close to where I work but I guess not..
