Simply the best bike shop in the Chippewa Valley! I worked with the guys a few weeks ago to get an old bike back up and running and, boy, did they impress! Despite the wear and tear on it and the few that it would be better to buy new than to fix the thing up, Spring String did it and at half the estimated price. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Knowledgable staff, no-pressure sales, passionate about the sport, will definitely return for all my future needs!!

Being new to biking, I went in intimated with all of the options, but before I knew it we were fitting a bike and the saleswomen was giving me pointers on riding technique.  After letting me test drive a new bike, we went to the used section and found one that worked well for my needs.  For added piece of mind they did a full tune up on the spot before I left.

The customer service is outstanding; Cailen answered my many questions and explained the difference in models.  I ultimately did make a purchase and am well pleased with the entire experience.

The shop is very nice, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Eric helped me out from start to finish with picking a bike that works for me, and he was kind enough to spend a few hours with me when I picked it up, teaching me how to fix a flat tire and other basic maintenance. I will definitely be returning with any bike needs I have in the future.
