Absolutely the best vet clinic I've ever been too. Being military I've taken my animals to many different clinics in different states and in JC and Fort Riley but hands down Spring Valley is the best. My cat who is extremely aggressive when it comes to going to the vet did not swat or try to attack the vet at all because of how sweet and gentle she was. They are also super amazing with giving advice when it comes to things I'm not to positive about. Would highly recommend them to anyone with animals.

September 23rd, 2017, on Saturday, my dog had such a bad heat stroke she began having numerous seizures. Realizing this was an imminent emergency, i got her to the closest vet, even though reputable word through town was that Spring Valley had the best female doctor around. This first place, had no medical on staff, however,  got her into a tub where we sprayed cold water on her, as i asked that we try to reach Spring Valley Veterinary.  They did so, and she dealt with us exceptionally well, considering our panic strucken tone. She led us there. We carried her in and she immediately grabbed her, placed her on the cold concrete floor, and took urgent action...she did explain the nature of the costs involved with emergency medicine, and i explained we didn't have that immediately but she would be paid. She looked at Bella, our American Bulldog, and chose to actively participate and lead her emergency care. Not only did she save our dog's life, she also catered some to our financial needs by lowering the rate, as well as instruct us on strict home care for the successful treatment of her. So, ultimately,  it was superior care, in an affordable setting, and by the Grace of God, she saved Bella's life.

I was in a couple days ago I choose to go here because of their ratings and reviews turns out they were acccurate this place knows the meaning of customer service they do not at strange unlike some of the other businesses in JC the people were guieniely friendly they were not pretending to be friendly overall I enjoyed my visit.

If I had one word to summarize my experience at Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital it would be "wow!"  Being in the military and having 3 dogs means we are constantly moving and having to find a new vet in our new location. Sometimes we get lucky and sometimes the search takes longer. In this case I was referred to Spring Valley by a co-worker and so glad I was! One of our dogs needed some dental work which not all vets do and can be a complicated and costly procedure. We first got an estimate from a different vet in Junction City and their range was from $450 to $930 for the procedure. We wanted a second opinion and Dr.  McCreath quoted us at $250! The savings alone was worth giving them a try but we found a very loving and caring team at Spring Valley. EVERYONE there is knowledgeable and cares as much for your pets as you do. They will bend over backwards to help you and your pets both in treatment and financially. They have really good hours including Saturdays and they are a small facility so you know who you are dealing with each time you go. If you are looking for a vet you will love them!
