Absolutely mind boggling how incompetent these people are. YOU PEOPLE work there!!! How do you not know more than I do! I call one number, and get directed 4 times to have some lady hang up on me because I didn't kiss her ass. I had insurance, i had a vacate order proving that. I will not pay a 100 dollar reinstating fee when I can clearly point out from a letter you sent me that I don't if i was insured. F U Illinois!

I was calling to confirm with SOS regarding renewal Registration bills which it was too expensive.
Just called and asked so nicely to explain me why Am I getting additional charges and he was so angry and aggressively answerd using words I don’t care about  what you pay etc....
I’m NOT satisfied with this service at all.

Illinois has the most unprofessional group of people working for them, and they does nothing as far as discipline their employees...employees has the nastiest attitudes...I was on hold for 40 mins waiting to ask about my license then they just hung up on me, call back and the lady that answered the phone had too much nasty attitude, raising her voice at me, and then hung up on me, I've done everything they told me too do and I've still haven't gotten my license valid even after doing everything they said too...then I'm stuck with nasty employees like this...Illinois can go to hell...
