I am extreamly upset with the way the municipal prosecutor handed or i should say lack of handling my assult complant. their is not a low enough rating.  I was assulted in sept 2015 where their were witness to the assult. i called the police they took pic. i filed a a report. took out a protection order. followed every step i was told to follow. i called this office they said she would have to admitt to it and blew me off. i went to court on my protection order. my stalker admitted in court she forced her way into my home and asdulted me in front of my children. the order was granted  since this time my stalker has continued to stalk me. every time i call the police or tell victums witness unit. they have yet talked to her or press charges on her.  in 2015 i was also assulted by a male. they are bring him up on feliney charges. yet she walks the streets free to stalk and assault people. the only thing i can figure out is its cause shes a female with childten. cause the male that assulted me the same year is a single father and hes facing 22 year in prison if convicted. all i know for sure is i will not call the police again since this office does not feel the need n protecting my rights from my stalker. i have even renewed my protection order due to the years worth of documenation of stalking. what little that will do me since i feel they are refusing to protect my rights. the police department did what they could do. i will sayi fully support them and they have been as helpful as this office has allowed them to be. this office has totally let me down and has kept myself and children in danger due to the lack of them wanting to do their job.
