This charter school is by far the worst. I have so many horror stories but I will just leave one. Before school started I was required to take my daughter at the time 11 years old to a physical check up to the doctors I did and brought back the forms to the school. The doctor had checked my daughters spine with my daughters shirt on. A few months later she's in school I go pick her up from school and as I'm driving my daughter says that they made her take her shirt off. I busted a U turn and spoke to some inconsiderate female her name I believe was Lyndsey I think it started with an L she said that she sent emails to the parents that the nurse was going to check their spine. First of all when I filled out the school forms it specifically said phone is preferred because I don't check my emails. But the night before I did happen to check my  emails and did not find no form indicated  was going to be a nurse checking my daughters fine. Nor did I receive a phone call and with that type of check meant there should've been a form signed by the parent and I did not sign a form for them to check my daughters fine not only did they do this without my permission for my daughter decided not to wear a bra that day  so there she was her shirt off her chest exposed she was covering her chest with her hands embarrassed I knew the nurse saw that she was embarrassed how could you not see that a child is embarrassed my daughter told her that the doctor already checked her spine and the nurse said well she still needs to do it I see this as sexual harassment she expose my daughters chest without my permission  and when I spoke to this woman I told her I expect an apology from the nurse to my daughter she said she would have her apologize I waited two weeks and asked my daughter if she apologized she said no so I went back inside and told them that your nurse has not apologized to my daughter her excuse was my nurse is not always here sorry I knew she wasn't sorry and I'm sure the nurse knew she was sexually harassing these girls and I was not the only one I heard from another mother whose daughter was also done to this that same day
