People there are actually all really nice which is more than I can say for literally any other liquor store I've been to. They greet you when u walk in and thank you when u walk out. The reward program is awesome, can't beat 15% off every month! The store itself is huge and they always have what I'm looking for.

First, if you bring a purse into the store, they make you stow it in a locker. right when i entered with my cart, i was accosted by an employee about this; she seemed apologetic, and i know it's not her policy, but wow, i thought it was really odd and honestly pretty condescending.  i would've left without buying anything if i had some extra time to go someplace else. i have seriously never had to do this anywhere, how insulting for any customer! Secondly, you have to have their loyalty membership to get the lower prices... can you say hassle? I'm making a mental note to never shop here again!

They have an amazing selection of beer, wine, and liquor. The folks are very nice. They will not allow purses or bags in the store. They increased security due to a high number of thefts. The prices are not bad either; probably not the cheapest, but not the highest either.

Friendly staff but you can definitely find better selections and better prices if you look around. I'd be much happier if everything wasn't 10% or so more expensive than other liquor stores in the area.

The staff was friendly enough. But the policy of leaving purses and bags at the front of the store seems a little ridiculous. Maybe they've had a problem with thievery in the past, but it still didn't make sense that a well lit store in a good area would have such tight security policies. The prices here were not very good considering it's a large liquor store that probably gets good bulk purchase deals. My other complaint would be that the wine selection was lacking. All I wanted was a bottle of either Jordan-Cab Sauv or Justin-Cab Sauv, and they didn't have either. For such a large store I was surprised that they didn't have 2 fairly common California reds. If this were an average sized liquor store I would have given at least 3 stars an been more understanding.
