Two weeks ago I paid for a wash, entered as instructed and the wash did not work. I backed up and re-entered and the wash still did not work.
I have called the number listed two times already, leaving a message requesting my money back.
I have not received any communication  to date.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Great value. $7 for the basic wash and it's a double presoak with double rinse and a spot free rinse. Very satisfied.

We went through this thing and paid our money.  We drive up until it tells us to stop.  Then it started spraying soap but the arm never moved over our car.  After about 5 minutes and nothing was happening, we moved the car up a little bit then back.  Nothing!  There should be a attendant on duty or something because that isnt cheap.  I might as well have thrown my money out the window or burned it...the car got sprayed going into it..thats all!
