I have always loved the Springville Dentistry. Dr. Francis and staff have always been wonderful to work with, no matter my dental needs. I went in today for a regular cleaning and check and couldn't have been treated more kindly and professionally than I was. I was brought right back, even though I was 15 minutes early and Missy, their hygienist, was kind, thorough, thoughtful, informative, patient and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Francis then took time out of his day to talk to me about life, how I was doing... and of course my teeth. I couldn't have had a better experience. This is why I've been a loyal and regular customer for about 10 years.

Since I sat in your waiting room while you worked on my husband, I noticed how friendly all of the people who worked there seemed to really enjoy greeting patients and asking how they were, as if they were old friends. I was very impressed with the friendliness of everyone. No one had to sit in the waiting room very long. People were called in quickly, as if their time was as important as the workers. I enjoyed watching the interaction between the workers and patients. Great Job...

Everyone was so kid friendly and educational for my young daughter. By showing her all of the tools they use, and explaining what they were doing, it helped put her at ease. We drive about 30 minutes to see Dr. Francis and his amazing staff. Well worth the drive!

First off, this place is clean, comfortable, and professional. All the staff is so nice and accommodating to my children. Dr. Marshall is our regular dentist for good reasons. He is honest and so kind. I appreciated his sincere feedback and gave me multiple options for treatment. Great dental office for any age. I highly recommend Springville Dentistry to anyone.

Love this office. Super friendly and professional and this from a person who has a phobia of going to the dentist. They get me right in when my appointment is scheduled with minimal or no delay. Perfect
