The sales clerk lied and scammed my elderly mother bill was gone over in detail to reflect $203. It was 100 more than that. We had 14 days to cancel, the 15th day the bill was available. I called store manager and he said he just started a few days ago so no responsibility. Someone needs to shut this store down. Sprint needs to hold their employees accountable. If you want to get lied to and pay $100 more than you're quoted and be roped into it then come here. Otherwise stick to verizom

Do not sign up with these people, 2 years ago they promise me that dual band was soon coming out just to get me to sign up they lied,   Dual band is when you can use your voice and data at the same time.  2 years later and still no dual band. I also have never received so many drop calls in my life and I live and travel and well populated areas.  After 10 documented failed calls and also text messages not being able to be sent even though I had 5 bars LTE, the best they can do is give $25 off.  I may or may not hire a lawyer about my lease agreement because this is bullcrap

Very poor Customer Service. I went in 11/8/2017 to upgrade 3 phones and the woman sitting at the front desk was put out that I came in. She was watching a video on her phone about cooking something and continued while I was trying to communicate with her. I ended up walking out.

Theyre very helpful and nice. Theres not zo much in radios at the radioshacks any motd though; I supplsd the cell phones killed that busineds off pretty much.
