Went to swap phones since I needed a new sim card. Called ahead to make sure they had it since the first store I went to did not. The person answering the phone checked and quickly confirmed they did. When I got there I needed to get on the waiting list, but after a few minutes the person who had answered my phone call just pulled me out of queue since it was a quick fix. The swap took about 5 minutes and the tech, Dimitri (I think), checked to ensure voice and data were working properly. This is the kind of Sprint service that is getting harder to find - knowledgeable, stocked, quick, and courteous. Great store, great tech, great service.

I went to there to reactivate my iphone, the young staff was very helpful and super efficient. My entire visit took about 10 minutes. Thank you, I do appreciate it.

The staff here requires additional training on customer service. Furthermore, the only person that does appear to know how to interact appropriately with customers is Brenda. The rest of the staff is more concerned with; being rude, playing on their phone, and running through the backdoors between customers. I hope corporate takes action because, this customer will begin shopping around for another provider who appreciates my business if this type of interaction continues.

Went with friend to get their cell phone fixed, not only did the technician go above amd beyond, to get the phone working and looking brand new, but also took the time, to fix my screen and replace my battery which had been acting up:  for quality service and professionalism #Chris Chris is the one.  One can tell he loves what he does by his meticulous attention.  Thanks Chris!
