I showed up right as the store open on Saturday morning at 10 AM, as I knew been first to be served during this procedure of switching phones out takes a little time. We worked with a gentleman by the name of Cody and he was assisted by his coworker Daniel. Both of these guys are true professionals, they really knew their stuff, and I wanted to commend both of them. 

We picked up two iPhone eights and they took care of us quickly and efficiently! Thank you!!

As we were being served a woman came in and started to lay out her whole dramatic story to one of the employees, she was a piece of work, she kept complaining and whining the entire time. The employees were professional and took good care of her even though she was not grateful kept complaining the entire time… 

It took a lot of self-control to not want to lay into her myself and let her have a piece of my mind, but I knew it would make things awkward it was not my place. 

So the reason I’m writing this review is because the employees handled the situation so well and did not let it phase them. While taking good care of me. These guys both deserve raises!!

Just got an iPhone for the first time! Xavier Edwards made the process quick and easy. I recommend going to this location for all your phone needs! The employees here really know their product and have great customer service!
