I went into East Peoria Store 2 different times to Have all my information transferred over to another phone that i already had or Bought and I waited a long while before they could help me and when they were helping me they told me that they could not transfer my service over to to my 2 nd Phone and i told them that I just Spoke to Corporate Call service and they said that they would have no problem in doing it just take your phone into the store to have it done and thats what i told them thats what i was told by Corporate call center, the person that was helping me started to argue with me concerning that they could not help me by transferring my service over;  In closing I am afraid of going to that store anymore knowing thats what kind of service that i am going to get; Thats not customer service! I run a  medium size Remodeling Company and we tell all of our employees or Staff to treat our Customers as how we want to be treated back; Regaurdless how our customers act we treat them with respect and go extra Mile for them;  Wrote By Christian Home Improvement / C.H.I Company/ CEO

Always have to wait a little bit when im there cause of customer to worker ratio but have never had a bad experience and they go above and beyond to try and fix any problems we have
