DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!
Manager is a liar and he kept touching my hand when he was trying to talk me in to getting a new tablet and a new number I didn’t need. The employees don’t care about anything but trying to lie and sell you things you don’t need. I went in to upgrade and after 1 hour of them trying to bundle and try to throw in “bundles” that I told them multiple times I don’t need we finally upgraded a phone but the employee upgrade the wrong line!!! They wouldn’t fix it because they said I would have to go to the other sprint store in Bellingham and found out that’s not true and the only people who can help me is the corporate store that did this and it wasted so much of my time. Not only they upgraded the wrong phone number but they also changed the plan without my permission and now I can’t get my expired plan! 
 
They completely screwed me over and refuse to help me! I will never give Sprint another dollar of mine.

I’m giving this sprint store a 5 out of 5. I live on Whidbey Island and choose to make over an hour commute to this store because the sprint store in Oak Harbor is horrible. Just wanted to give a big thanks to the manager Seth for helping me activate my phone. I had been to two sprint locations that straight out told me they couldn’t do it. Also a big thanks to Kendra (I don’t think that is her name...) but, I am surprised this store has so many one stars. I hope my experience will help people know where to go.

Great employees! Helped me transfer my data from one phone to another no sweat!  They were even kind enough to give me half off my iPhone and threw in a case, screen protector and an awesome speaker that throws out some bass!

Worst company ever!!  They like to put you on hold for an hour at a time to wear you down so you will just give up. They were charging for 2 phones on the same phone number "not possible" and it took 3 hours  and several customer service reps to get them to fix it. They also like to send you to 5 different stores claiming "they can help you over there". It's as if they are trained to exhaust the customer. I have never dealt with a worse company, ever!!!!!!
