I went to the Sprint store today because I was having trouble downloading an app. Edward was finally able to get that done for me after trying several solutions. It was a job well done!

This store is a joke. I don't think I had one positive experience here out of the many times I've came. It's the only one close to work for me. This store is exactly why I moved over to AT&T. Sprints customer service and employees are below average it seems. Edward, who is a sales associate really needs to be trained again. Kid cant even keep eye contact when someone's talking to him.

Stopped by this store on a Saturday. My older Samsung Note 5 phone would no longer rapid charge and it would take 4 hours to charge which is no bueno.  Not knowing if they could help me or not, I met their knowledgeable in store technical consultant, Moreed, and explained my dilemma.  He determined that the charger post on the inside of my phone was faulty, took my phone apart replaced it and also replaced by battery!  My phone is like new again, holds a charge and will fully charge from dead in an hour!  I can't say enough how appreciative I am of the great service and support from Moreed.  Thanks and keep up the great work!

Amber was great. I had switched from AT&T to Sprint by calling Sprint's Sales Dept. by telephone. Wish I had gone to the store instead.  Employees at Grapevine store are awesome. She straightened out ALL the errors made by the Sales Dept. without complaint. Not fair that she didn't get credit for the sale. I recommend Amber to anyone who wants a very nice and knowledgeable person. 
Whoever trained her should be proud.
