Madisen and Christian at the blackfoot sprint store are amazing. They work so hard for their customers, and I would definitely recommend going into this store and getting help from either of them. Amazing experience and stellar customer service!!!

Christian was awesome helped me get setup quickly and painless, Everyone was so helpful great customer service, customer service there has changed quit a bit.

I have never experienced worse customer service than in this Sprint store. First a faulty phone, I was told after 14 days they could not help me. I had the phone 18 days when they said pretty much I'm on my own.  Went to best buy they were more than happy to help me with the issue on a phone they didn't sell. Now the promotion they sold me on is not on the phone we purchased even after asking them numerous times if the promotion applied to the phone we purchased and being told yes. 2 hours in the phone with Sprint today to be told tough luck.
