Had a phone issue was quoted 3 different prices and all 3 where wrong. The store manager was on vacation so I spoke with Excell and was basically told that nothing they can or will do to help. I felt like they did not care or want to help me in anyway or even give me the information of someone who could!!! terrbile service

Don’t know what everyone is complaining about, this is the best sprint store I have ever been at. Employees were cheerful, almost looked like they were actually happy to be at work. Treated me very well and got me everyone I asked for and more!

WORST STORE EVER! This is the 3rd time I've HAD to go there either for an issue or to get a new phone and every single time I've been given false information. Not to mention the HORRIBLE wait time. So your there waiting for hours and still end up at square one. Even if you have an appointment I've still had to wait awhile to be seen. The store in Lee's Summit is way better!

You’re always in for an extremely long wait, and sometimes in for dealing with an employee that makes the DMV seem like a customer friendly environment.

Sprint is so terrible I don't know where to begin.  I bought my phone (Note4) at the end of the lease because I wanted to use it until the new Note8 comes out later this year.  We switched to T-Mobile to get unlimited everything on 3 lines for less than we were paying for 2 lines at Sprint.  Sprint couldn't (wouldn't?) unlock my phone, so I paid for it and can't use it.  We left because they started limiting our data; first the roaming data was limited to 100mb, then the 4G was limited to 10GB before they slow you down to unusable speeds.  They do not have unlimited anymore and you can't even purchase more roaming data.  At least 40% of the country was roaming with Sprint, so we rarely had data, being truck drivers that travel constantly.  Now with T-Mobile we get true unlimited data and coverage everywhere.  Much better signal, great customer service and we pay less.  They gave us a business account that has unlimited data including roaming, since we have our own trucking business.  I hate the cheap LG phone I got for now, but the Note8 will come soon hopefully, and it's Sprint's fault I can't use my Note4 until then, so I'm happy with T-Mobile.
