Literally just walked out of the store. The woman at the counter would not let us swap a upgrade from one phone line to another even though its on the same family plan, Funny though I just did that at my home store in Genesee County. I even asked whats stopping me from going online swapping phones then upgrading, she resplied by saying there is nothing stopping me. So why can't she just help me? These people are frauds they know you don't have options so they try to take advantage of you. If you can help it avoid this store. Thanks Sprint store for trying to stick my family member with a 3 year old phone that stopped functioning when he is about to leave for school in another state. Note the woman at the counter told me that it was a corporate store so these people saying otherwise are wrong!

THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE!! There is a big difference in service and other problems you may have in the future..
These people are nothing short of morons.People were standing around waiting for service while a chubby girl and goofy guy at the other end of the store were on their phones laughing and talking. the manager was just on his computer and kept going in the back with another employee..Real professional...There is always some excuse for this or that..had to go back and fourth 4 times from Reed city just to get our phones paid off and cancelled Not to mention they did something to them where they just stopped working all together..Hey blamed it on a downed tower..So we called a corporate office and they have no record of a bad tower..Then it took 7 days to get them unlocked. The manager there is an undermining little weasel that talks down to you like your stupid. I didnt take that very lightly..

Everyone at the sprint store located in Ludington have always been beyond helpful! I feel like I am in there weekly and they never fail to leave me with all questions answered and satisfied with my choice to switch to sprint!

Been to alot of sprint stores but this is that one!!  EXCELLENT STAFF!!  AMAZING service in an out an no time! 👌👍

I had a more than perfect experience. Perfect customer service and absolutely painless. They even get to know you and remember you when you walk in. And I've only been in there 3 times in the past year.
