I was at the store on 1/12/18 at 6:15pm, the Manager was rude,  snappy,  and  entitled.  She has no  customer service skills. She had a chip on her shoulder.  Stop going to this store.......

I visited this store about two years ago. Due to personal life events, I am just getting a chance to write the review. I entered the store to add a line on my plan. I already had a phone. The representative advised that my bill would total about $130-$150 dollars per month with the added line. My bill was higher than he quoted and led to several calls to customer service. Customer service advised that the store information was not true. I called the store and was told to call customer service. I was advised that the store is a authorized retailer and when the sale is made follow up should be with customer service. I eventually closed my account.

I love the staff at this location especially Ms. Beaver. She is the best! All of the staff are always so helpful even if they can't get what you were looking for they do their best to see what else they may be able to assist with.

Whoever I talked to today was rude as hell. When he answered I said "hi! I just wanted to make sure this location had a repair center." And he copped an attitude me saying "yeah we don't do repairs on Sunday's" and I responded with "that's fine I wasn't going to come in today anyways I just wanted to get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my iPhone 5c battery." 
Got another attitude filled response of "we don't fix iPhones".
So I said "oh okay! thank you." And he said nothing and hung up.

I literally can say now that I am 100% not a fan of Sprint at all anymore.
Somebody that gives people attitude for no reason should not be employed there.
I don't even care how bad his day was going, you don't do that to people.
Especially when I wasn't even being difficult or an ass myself!

Poor services too busy laughing and joking to be concerned about customer needs when they are upset. They make multiple mistakes and do not try to make up for it. they also stole my battery that I bought from battery warehouse when they were fixing my phone and claimed they couldn't find it. Told me they ordered my phone and never did it. Guy that was supposed to fix my phone failed multiple times. Customer service there is terrible everyone should be fired there and replaced with a better staff. Shame on you sprint big shame. I am never coming back there...
