Sprint Store

We made an appointment online, and walked In and were immediately taken care of by an associate name Drew. Drew was great! He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and plans that Sprint offered. He knew what we were looking for and helped us every step of the way getting our new phones, accessories, and upgrading our plan all while saving us money. This was probably the best experience at Sprint I’ve ever had. Thanks Drew!!

Service was fast. However it took a while to back up to the cloud so I could get my info transferred. I left the old phone at the store while it was backing up. The Salesman said he would call me to let me know when it was completed. I called back the next day he was out ill someone said they would call him to get the information but no one called back. Not to happy about this.

This location is a joke. Customer service is non-existent. Gave me the run around without fully listening to the situation. Wasted my time by making drive to Orlando when it could have been resolved here. Then when I get here, I was told to ask for the manager who didn't even bother to come out and address me personally when he was the one who was contacted directly.

I didn't think customer service could get worse in person....I was wrong. dead wrong!!! pretty sure they are hiring illegal immigrants for uber in the shop as well. sucky customer service, but they can put you to work esse

Wait time is very unconsidered and as soon the customer walks in no employee assist immediately even to place you on a wait list ... Also employees DO NOT offer helpful solutions for customer issues ... DO Not trust those commercial and Kissimmee corporate store is a lack of customer service ... treat customer with no kindness and think they are treating the people of the neighborhood... not good.
