Very unprofessional. They tried to tell us the tax on 2 phones was $550. This was with no down payment required, straight up taxes on 2 phones. When I questioned how they received that total, I was given total attitude and the guy literally walked away from us to deal with someone else. When questioned, he said he was done with us. We were not done, you still have my account open on the computer,  and I still needed a receipt for the payoff of phones I had paid off for Sprint to buy back. Stay away, if you don't pay attention, they will charge you more than you are supposed to pay and there will be no recollection of the over payment in your account.

will comment more waiting for the store manager to call me back(2/1/2018) well its 3 hours later and the manager has failed to call me back.

I was at this store on new years days. To reactivate an old tablet. The CSR told me they could not put it on the network. So i got a new ipad pro. Since then and a few phone calls to sprint i have just found out the old samsung galaxy tab4 in fact is able to be put back on the network. I feel taken advantage of!!!

The service is impeccable. If they can't help you right away they acknowledge you and tell you someone will help in just a few minutes.  Friendly staff.  Will answer any questions you may have and if they don't have the answer they will find someone who does.
